Either the window seal, door jamb, or weather strip. (Wiper cowl is next to impossible to solve. Been in a wreck). So, I usually use a taping method. Tape up the entire seal of the door. From front fender, to window pillar, and finally along the roof. Use easy to remove masking tape (wide size). Wash car. Any leaks? If yes (probably not the door), try next test (or go around after it dries) of taping along the window. Tape up the right window pillar, then around the top right corner. Any leaks? Windows can be fixed with RTV sealer (clear or black). Door jambs can be fixed by replacing gaskets, or sometimes just cleaning all rubber surfaces to remove dirt. Use RTV or weather stripping sealer (smells good and gets you high) to put loose ones back in place. Put a final coat of silicon spray or dashboard protector on the rubber seal contact surfaces.
There are some neat electronic devices. I have one to find vacuum leaks. There is also a transmitter that sends a signal to find cabin leaks. The idea for cabin leaks is to place the transmitter near the suspect area in the cabin. Run the leak detector along the outside to find the leak. I’ve never found a leak this way, but have found several overlooked vacuum leaks.

I had the same problem on my 1999 open the engine hood and remove the wiper cowl on the pass side the right side under it is a small plastic sheild over the cabin air filter if you pour some water down the winsheild the water will run down on to sheild and the plastic shrinks and if it is like mine the water will run right on to the paper cabin air filter and down into the heater box. I put in a new filter and sheild.

It is either the Weather Stripping and/or the Cowl. I just had the exact same problem with my 2005 and that was how they (the dealer) fixed it. See the post about 4-5 b4 yours.
