Engine Revs

Hello, my car seems to idle irratically. When the car is started it revs at 1300 rpm. After it is run for awhile it goes down to 800 does anyone know what would cause this problem?

The car's computer does this on purpose to aid in warming up the engine. The idle will progressively drop to normal as engine temp increases.
