Engine concern?

I was adding oil to my SL2 engine, and notice it was noisier than usual around the timming chain area. It sound like the chains are getting loose.

Seem like the brief post I have read here, that someone somewhere mentioned something about a timming chain tensioner going bad, could this be whats make the chain sound like it is getting slak!
