I have access to a large inventory of these NOS shocks that GM had built by Bilstein for the 94-96 Caprice 9C1 Police Package.
They are a upgrade over the stock DeCarbon shocks found on the 94-96 Impala SS.
Will fit 92-96 Caprice and Buick Roadmaster

There are 2 sets of Bilsteins that will fit the b-bodies. Although I don't have the part numbers with me, one set is stiffer than the other. It may help if you would list the 4 digit Bilstein part number on these.

B46-1517 REAR soft ride
B46-1104 front very stiff
B46-0929 rear very stiff
i just installed the stiff ones with a new set of 4 police package springs..

Yeah, the 1104/0929 are the preferred shocks for the performance croud, but his numbers don't match.
