I bought my first car, my first Saturn. It is 1995 SL1. It has 96,000 miles on it... This morning I saw lots of stains beneath the right side (when sitting in the car) of the front of the car. I opened the hood, and it seems it leaks lots of oil. I checked the oil level and it was low. I had oil changed just recently. I found lots of grease around the (mainly under) coolant. Can someone tell me if its a big thing or it should be only something like a hose? Once more, please help! Thank you in advance!

If the coolant looks like a milk shake, or grease in it you could have a leaking head gasket, or cracked head. Don't understand excatly what you meant about grease aound the coolant. Was it in the coolant? Had a 95 SC-1 with about the same milage, had no oil leaks at all. The oil filter is on the right side on the back side of the engine. Check to make sure it not leaking. Good Luck.

I have a 98 SL2 w/ 130k miles on it and very few problems until today.
I was driving and all the sudden it started to overheat. The oil was ALL OVER THE PLACE. It was a steady stream of oil out of the head. My guess is a blown head gasket, or maybe worse... im not really sure. If it gives me any more problems im just gonna say fuck it. Poor saturn.
