Is your hood slightly mis-aligned? It almost looks like it is open in that second pic, as if i could fit a few fingers under it. Nonetheless, that is a beautiful Prelude you've got there!

and look at the middle grill in the front bumper, it looks like those fog lights weigh a little too much and its bending it or something...

Nice Prelude you´ve got there! Nice rims, too. What is their brand/ name?

The rims are 15´O.Z. Polaris , but i painted them with a bronze color, the problem was to explain the man in the hardware store the kind of colour :) " i want a dark grey with gold refletions" hehehehe
the colour was made from "Fiat Bronze 70" .
i have some closer pics at home, ill try to post them :)

behind the wheels there is:

I just got this car 2 days ago on an ebay auction and i pick it up friday im so excited but its an auto and i wanna do a manual swap and i found a couple trannys and they r descently priced but how much is it gonna run me n what all do i need??

Im a vw guy so this honda stuff is a bit confusing thus far.

Not sure about the tech questions you asked, but from what I can see in the pic, looks like a pretty decent 3rd gen.. That color doesn't look stock.. Or at least I haven't seen a 3rd gen in that color. Ask the tranny question in the "let's get technical" section, or just start a new thread in the prelude forum.

Here's my new ViS Techno-R bumper. I have Wings West R.S. sideskirts and rear lip, but I dont have money to get them painted yet so they're sitting on my bedroom floor. :rolleyes: What do you think so far?

i like the bumper, its very clean and similar to stock but has the added things that stock should of had in the first place. well done :bigthumb: just the hood looks wierd cuz its the invader, i like the oem cf hood better. but thats just me :iceslolan

edit: the turn signal light things look like they dont fit well and arent fixed in place and are like crooked and i think black mesh behind the body kit would look better. IMO

this is probably a litle late... but "ljrlude01"... if and/or when you race youre brother's jetta, who does/would win? is it a 1.8T, VR6, 2.0, TDi? thanks for any help, my boy thinks his stock jetta with boost controller pushing i think 9 lbs now would beat my other friends 99 SH... just cuirious so i know who's side to be on

pussy...you better post pics of the people that helped you :bigthumb: but it looks really good, on the side skirt we had to cut a pen up to use as a spacer between the side skirt and the metal bracket..very creative..the back lip was the easiest thing to put on..three screws underneath and two on each side of the wheel well..

I like everything you've done, except for the bodykit, taillights, and painted interior. Those JDM headlamps look good in chrome.

o, didnt know the specs on the cars. take off the air bags and body kit, and it will basically look like a different prelude. i guess you just want the engine. my car is gonna look much cleaner then those preludes, i cant wait :rofl:

I can't believe how many of you are willing to jump on me! Yes I know what airbags are I have been installing air and hydros for over 10yrs. I have a Honda on air too actually but a Honda has a strut right so how are you going to bag a Prelude? You can't! You have to either modify the strut or use air rods OK?! Next time engage brain then type.

Enough of this someone get back to the point of this post! I'm sorry I brought it up.

my lude, just got it in july and havent had time or money to do anything to it yet. im debating to do nothing because its an automatic and thats all i could find for a decent price and condition and that was a 5 hour drive. anyway, it has a F22a in it and basically i dont think that its worth doing anything to. everyone let me know what you think.

Take this huge wing off and it will look a lot better!! And what size are the rims? They look so wide to me...

i know, the wing is huge. the guy that had it before me did a shitty job on it so if i take it off all the way, the holes would be impossible to fix. the rims are 17" Konig Tantrums.

yea, take off the wing and get stock tails. i think the stock spoiler and tail lights look 10 times better. and yea, i dont think it would be worth it to hook up the car other then for show. maybe you can get a motor swap later on, so u can work on show now.
