Today I wanted to try again to get my idle smooth and keep the car from stalling with the air on, so I took the suggestions of you who have responded to myself and others like me with these problems. I adjusted the idle as specified in the pages of the manuals that you guys have posted from the service manual. NOTE **When I disconnected the EACV the idle didn't change up or down.** After resetting the ECU and reconnecting the EACV and restarting the car, the idle went up and down a few times before settling at about 850 rpm. If I turn the air on, the idle jumps to about 1250 rpm then slowly creeps down to just about a stall. It then starts to recover and the cycle begins again. Does this seem like the EACV or something else ?

Kinda sounds like how mines was doing. I fixed mines by burping my cooling system (radiator). It idles fine now. It doesn't idle too high or to low anymore. The radiator was full but when I bleed the system there were alot of bubbles. Everyone told me to do the eacv, tps, fast idle valve and neither one of those were my problem.

it probably was i eacv because it works of your coolant lines and it probably had an air bubble in it and it came out when you bleed the system
