Taking apart a Throttle Body ??????

Just wondering if anyone knows how to do this.. i want to remove the pin that goes through the TB that holds the vavle in there so i can bore it out. its a 94 (sl2) tb theres a washer on the one side ( throttle cable side) that looks like it can come out but it wont move anyone have any tips..
