Show us your Ride!!!!!

I just removed the taillight assembl from the car, mask out the original red areas and the rubber( use newspaper and masking tape) and sprayed the "clear" section transparent red(a few coats) let dry and voila....if you actually put enough coats of red, when your light flashes, it will flash red despite the orange bulb and plastic:alien:

GunnerX, that is a very very nice ride! i love the paint, the tails, the spoiler(even though its stock), the wheels, and your exhaust, just so clean!

do you paint the inside or the outside of the tails? and what paint do you use again?

I painted the outside of the tails with Testors Candy Apple Red Transparent. I only used 3 coats there. It's actually not done yet.

and if i dont like it paint thinner or stuff will take it off right?

It's spray. Just use acetone to remove it. I used a very fine grit sandpaper to sand the outside part first though. Makes the paint stick better.

How much was the leather?

you think you could get a pic of the tails with the turn signal flashing or at night with it flashing? i am seriously considering painting mine but im not sure about some minor details, you are just paintin the outside? the major problem is my parents dont want me to do anything to "hurt the value" of my car.

p.s. anyone think i might be better off painting my "halo style" altezza's all red? go for that "jaguar look".... opinions wanted.

ths leather seats look nice. got anymore pics of the interrior. i'm thinking about going w/ tan and black myself but i cant find any tan thats the same shade as the rest of my car so i mightjust do it all black after seeing that case it looks real nice.

oh yeah if you wanna see my car check out my user photo under my profile. lol i'd stick it in a post but i'm gonna wait till i get some new pics. i've done a few mods since then and the kit should be finished with in a month or 2 so it'll be real sweet soon. cant wait to post some pics.

I like the idea of painting the Altezzas'. Go for it.
