Ok I am new at this, I got a full car lined up to buy. Its a 91 Acura Integra RS, Can I just take that whole setup and drop it right into my 91 honda civic SI or is ther more things I need to buy first. Its a 1.8L DOHC.

Thanks for your time
Dale

You need engine mounts and shift linkage but other than that its a direct bolt in.

Yea sorry I saw that after I reposted!! What about the wiring, does it all plug in to the si wiring? Why cant I use the linkage system out of the Acura, or is that totally different??

Thanks

The Integra engine is a B-series and your stock one is D-series. The B-series takes a shorter linkage, but you cannot use an Integra one because it won't bolt up to your car.

Ok so just like FourthGenHatch said, that's all I need is engine mounts and shift linkage, Correct?? I assume I have to replace the Si computer with the Acura's?

Anyone know the cheapest price I can get engine mounts and shift linkage?

What Is a 91 Civic SI engine worth with 171,000 KM?

Thanks

you can modify the integra's shift linkage by cutting a couple of inches out of the shift linkage and stabilizer rod. do a couple test fits before you cut, and make sure you weld them together well. I did this, it worked totally fine.
