Sliding Headrest Repair?

I've got a '97 Windstar with dual bench seats. I recently noticed that one of the headrests slides up and down with no resistance. It seems like the mechanism that engages the notches in the headrest posts is broken. Anyone know how big a job it is to open up the back of the seat and fix that kind of thing?
