Before dropping the motor I installed a act flywheel, clutch and pressure plate.
As soon as I bolted the tranny and motor together i checked the release arm to see how stiff it will be... it seemed to be very easy to move.
I compared to the zctranny I pulled out and they were similar so I figure everything is OK.
But now when I press the pedal it just plops down to the floor with very little effort, this is a extreme pressure plate so it should pretty damn stiff.
I have no idea what is going  on please help.

u gotta adjust it more. k you konw how theres free play and when u lift it up its easy then all of a sudden its gets hard, right there thats your clutch engaging, so adjust the cable till theres hardly any slack to where the lever gets tough to move. then try push it in, should be good
