Hi,
I am going to replace my lower balljoint on my drivers side.
I have the balljoint.
But is it possible to remove the old balljoint with a vice?
Or is there any other tool that would work besides a ball-joint removal tool. They costs a 100 bucks at Autozone.
Thanks

Yup...this also works for popping axles out of trannies and shit. You'll probably need a hydraulic press to get the new ball joint in tho... :uhoh: :sly:

yea if you bought just the balljoint and not the tie-rod with it attached already, you'll need a hydraulic press to remove the old one.
