1998 SL2 headliner removal

Please help.

I'm working on repairing the sunroof guides on this Saturn but it requires removal of the headliner. I can't get the headliner off because I can't get the passenger side handle off. The backseat ones were no problem because they have little flip-out things giving access to the bolts but the front isn't like that. I can't figure it out at all.
If anyone know how or can look it up in a manual I would really appreciate it. I'm in the middle of the job right now and am stuck.
