What did you do to the brakes? Squeaking can be caused by many things. The main cause is pad movement. If you used a cheap pad they may not fit properly and that will cause noise. You may be able to correct the problem by shimming the pads. Also if the rotors were not resurfaced, that can lead to noise. Or you can just slap a set of organic pads on it they do not make noise at all.

well the noise happens when i break slowly at slow speeds too. i bought new rotors at the same time. the pads are semi- metalics. i thinks the outter pad was a lil bit lose i will try shim it.

The semi-metallic pads will make noise some times. They have small metal particles in pad along with other materials. When the pads wear to the point that a few of those metal particles rub against the rotor you get the metal on metal squeal. Thats why i use the cheapest pads i can get, they're nice and quiet.
