1997 impreza coupe

hey guys i was wondering if anyone here runs the L coupe? thats what i have its got the EJ22 motor. im having trouble finding it. gerneraly i like to make things myself. but i realy dont want to bother with modifing the headers to install a turbo. so i was wondering if you guys had any sugestions on where to get parts.

id like to get some ground effects but im having a hard time finding much of anything for this car.

what i plan to do with this car is.

im gona turbocharge it, new exaust, port and polish, reprogram the ecu(gona have that done) and convert to a manual tranny

im going to be redoing the interior in carmine red(new carpet and headliner) the dash and doors im going to be painting myself with a satin red oil based paint, the seats are going to be replaced with corbeau VX2000 seats with the red trim. of course im going to put in a killer stereo system.

the current paint is the metalic flake green color, im going to have it repainted im debating on wether i should keep the color or go with midnight blue

so any help you can provide would be greatly apreciated. also advice in my car is apreciated.

yea there were a few things they had not much of what i needed. thanks for tring anyways.

Most external engine parts for a 2.5RS should fit.

ive noticed that somewhat. by external i belive you meant like intake/exaust right. lights i belive should be the same too. but the 2.5RS is that a 2door or a 4? if its a 2 then im all over the ground effects search again.

the ones 2000 and before came in both 2 door and 4 door

u can easily find exhausts, suspension, body kits, etc. for your coupe
be specific on your needs.. and i'm sure we can help.

ok well im looking for a new exaust(complete system) just one of the better ones im not to picky just something better than stock.

a website that sells a turbo kit for my car would be super apreciated. even just the manafold with the turbo flange would be awesome id prefer to pick my own turbo.

and if theres a site that sells the manual conversion kit that would make my month.

i forgot a need a better alternator too. the stock 85 amp alternator is just not enough for a good powerfull stereo system.
