are your remote wire and RC cables run seperatly?, Are your grounds connected right? Are you wires shielded properly? Those could all be answers to your problem.

I would check the ground first. Also, does this problem just happen when it is on AM/FM? or does it also do it when it is using the CD?

same thing happened to me lastnight, what had happened was that the speaker connection wasnt all the way plugged in at the amp. pushed it in real good and now its clear as a bell.

Yes the remote and rc r run together. the wire are all for car audio.

Yes it happens when it is fa/am and cd. What grounds should i check? like my amp ones?

Sounds like a ground loop to me. Make sure the cable you are using to ground your amp is making GOOD contact with the body of your car. Make sure the ground wire is as large or larger gauge then your power cable... also try to keep the ground cable under a foot long or shorter. If grounding multiple amps try to keep their ground cables a foot or more apart from eachother.
As for the how the RCA and Power wires are run... try to keep the power cables (and remote wire) and the RCA cables (and speaker cables) as far apart as possible.... like... power wires down one side of the car, RCA's and speaker wires down the other.... if they are run together, there is usually a static kind of sound caused by the electric/magnetic field around the power cable when the stereo is on.
