I took my LX tranny out and took the clutch and pressure plate off of my old D15 and tried puttin it on my new D16A6.
The bolts dont line up correctly and when I tried puttin it back on the old D15 it wouldnt line up and I just took it off of there?
Do I have to have a clutch alignment tool to do this?
If so how much would one costs?
Thanks

just go up to auto zone or advances autoparts, ask for a clutch for your car, get the plastic alignment tool out and tell them that you are going to bring it back and leave something that is semi valuable so that they will let you borrow it. If you dont have the alignment tool, then your clutch will get in the way of putting the pressure plate on. I would highly recommend that you buy another clutch and resurface the flywheel while you have the tranny out.
