Radiator Removal and Replacement

I have a 1996 Windstar, 3.8L.
The radiator is leaking at the side tank seal.
Does anyone know how to access the screws that secure the A/C condenser to the radiator? It looks impossible to me without removing the grille/bumper plastic piece.
I have the FSM, but those instructions are not aligning well with what I see on the vehicle. I searched for a YouTube video, but the closest I found was for a Freestar, which is similar but not exactly the same. The guy who made the video said (and I agree) this is the most difficult radiator he's ever replaced.
