Engine shaking and noise

Car has noise, don't know what it is. Engine shakes and car won't move more than a couple of feet. Any ideas of what it could be and is it fixable?

It looks like a 3.5L V-6, but your post didn't include the year/engine/specifics.
The noise sounds too fast for a valve train problem. I would suggest checking oil pressure with an external gauge, but only run it as much as necessary to test. It could be in the transmission or engine.
