Cruiser starting issue

2008 132,200 miles auto trans.
Sometimes when I go to crank it, the key turns to start, everything lights up on dash but car does not crank. I would turn it to off, try again and it would crank. Today it did it and before I could turn it to off to try again, it cranked. It has a new battery as of last month and a new starter as of 2 weeks ago. Could it be the igntion switch or ignition switch actuator pin?
