Washer fluid tank removal question.

My 1998 Windstar washer fluid tank is leaking.I am needing to know where the screws that hold the tank are located.I have removed the wheel,splash panel and two screws located on the fender wall.The tank seems to be held by yet another screw.Is there one that requires that the passanger headlight be removed to get to it?
