CD in my sound system refused to eject. I pulled the radio and fished out the CD. The mech still didn't release. The radio now plays and the aux input works. Since I have an IPod is it worth getting it fixed or replacing it at the local junk yard?. Still have to program it for the BCM?

You can get an estimate from radio repair shops....
If you get one from the junkyard, it will have to be programmed by a dealership, or it won't be recognized by other modules in the vehicle and won't play....
Your other option would be to replace it, with an aftermarket radio......
