Craziest thing just happened.
Went out to the car to go to the store. Fired it up and noted it was too quiet inside. The clock was out. Radio is dead, no key reminder, seat belt reminder nuttin. Drove it to the store. Went and did my business. Bought an ATM blade fuse kit. But before I went in I opened the fuse block under the hood and reseated fuses including the 20 amp radio fuse under the hood. Checked all the fuses for the instrument cluster and the ones on the passenger side. Started the car. Radio came on. Clock was good, all presets are still there. Radio played like nothing ever happened. Bad connection? Or is something about to take a dump? Your thoughts?:runaround:

Most likely a connection.

It was a bad connection. Did it again. I am around road construction. The car is subject to a lot of dust while parked. I got a can of compressed air and pulled the fuses one at a time in the fuse box. Blew chunks of crap out. Problem solved.

the actual cause is a strange way of telling you that the battery is going south forever.

Replaced the battery and no more issues.
