How to crank over engine and not fire up

was wondering the best way to crank over a 2003 3.4L Impala w/o having it fire up. need to check oil pressure and for fuel leaks

Can kill a vehicle so it doesn't run, several ways.....

Remove spark, by killing the ICM, by disconnecting power to it, harness on the passenger side.....

Kill fuel....pull f/p fuse, relay or disconnect injector harness.....
