Suspected Water Leak

I have found a leak on my rear door not sure if it's the roof racks or the wiring harness that goes to the door or the wiper washer line in the door sill at the top of the door.
I first noticed water on the interior panel on the passenger side and was pooling in the seat hold down pockets in the floor so i brought out the hose and went full force around the door and i had water on the carpet and dripping on the rear interior panel and into the AUX 12V socket( My main Concern) so i pulled the panels and headliner and noticed a small rust bubble under the headliner so i know it's been leaking for awhile the only entrance holes i found are for the wiring harness and washer tube so i pulled the rubber grommet for the harness back through the hole gooped it up with silicone and pushed it back into the hole.
my question is: is there anywhere else the water could be getting into the van or should i just hope for the best keep moping it up and hope for a dry summer and hopefully sell it and let it become someone else's problem. i am not driving it at the moment and contemplating selling it a few times. i thought maybe someone else might have the same issue it's not the rear wiper it's somewhere on the upper body roof line,Door jamb somewhere
