I have no direct experience with this but in checking a couple of sites it seems to indicate that a common cause is a disconnected wire beneath the passenger seat, often related to the seatbelt.

for what it's worth, my 3 min of checking...

Thanks piper I will check that out, neither the horn or cruise control work.

I think I've read somewhere that if the horn and cruise don't work to check the clock spring...it's most likely bad.

Compare the drivers side belt buckle pretensioner with the passenger side, a blown SRS pretensioner is shorter.
