runs good.. and i've had the swap done for about 1 1/2 weeks, it just sat in my garage for about a week waiting on a valve cover. then it was rolling around, but with open header, just got that fixed 2 days ago, and i just got around to taking pics today..

i will say right now, torque does make a difference. my brother got my old engine (d16z6) and i raced him.. he was in 3rd i was in 4th and i pulled on him. its nice being able to stomp it at 2,000 rpm and feel power, instead of waiting till like 4500 and vtec for anything at all.

i got choke questions, first how did u hook up your coil, if i got it correct just ogtta extend the b/y and w/b and put them on the coil and run the center wire to the cap right ? also how far is your header away from yoru ac fan ? got any pics upclose of your vacuum set up because i need that ? i also got a question about the mpfi swap if u can remeber that far back, which wire did u use to power your resistor box, yeah i know hte yellow with the black stripe, but did u take it from the engine side connector or from the firewall side of the connector, im really confused on that ?

thanks

as for the coil, i just extended the internal coils + & - out to the external coil.. they are marked on the internal coil.

secondly, my car didnt have AC as an option, so im not 100% sure, but its a pretty tight squeeze in between the header and radiator, so you migh have problems with the ac fan.

as for the MPFI, 4thgenhatch just had a detailed write on up, find his thread elsewhere on the board.

and for the vacuum, i jut cut a square out of the integra hood that had the diagram since we were junking the teg. If you wait until morning, i'll try to snap a pic of it.

NICE! I am digging the sleeper look :bigthumb:

Mmmmm teggy power :-) It is amazing how clean the engine bay looks when you relocate the battery.

You may want to consider shortening the upper radiator hose a little so it isn't kinked...shit will build up in there and cause a blockage and that would be bad.

thanks guys. this was the first swap that i did almost entirely by myself. i did about 98% of all the work, the only help i had was with installing the engine, i had one of my brothers work teh cherry picker while i bolted it in.

with my z6 swap, i did about 50% of the work because i was still a honda noob, but now, i feel like i can tackle anything.

again, thanks for all the comments, im glad u all like it :D
