i have a saturn sc1 2001 and the idle is pretty high (2000rpm) what could be the problem ? i already cleaned the IAC ...

Have you checked the intake manifold gasket? I'm on my 3rd one, '99 SW1.
They leak at #1 cyl, (passenger side), letting in more air, so the computer adds gas for the o2 sensors.
I check it with throttle body cleaner. Just spray a little around the gasket. The RPM's come up up if it's leaking.

I know this thread was created a while ago, but I am replying for those who might have the same issue.
Replace your coolant temp sensor first. Why do this first you ask? Well, the if the CTS fails, it can effect the fuel to air mixture durring the intake stroke. This part is $6-$10. It is quick and easy to replace. I would recomend a deep well socket to remove (13mm if I remember right) but a wrench will work. It's is the best place to start to fix this issue because the CTS's on the '01 Saturns fail quite often.
