07 rough idle and tack jumps

This is my first post on any car forum and I need help.
About 2 months ago as I was driving on the highway I noticed my
Tack needle was jumping around anywhere from 1500-2500 rpm even
Though I had the cruise set. Also, as I would drive up hill the problem would get worse and the engine became hesitant and labored to climb the hill. I took it into Tuffy and they said it was the fuel Filter.
They said this because they noticed all my cylinders were misfiring. So I
Paid the 900 dollars to fix the filter and a transmission flush and while it's
Better it still jumps around a little and it's idle has gotten rough and even jumps a little when at an idle.
I'm not the smartest when it comes to cars so I'm hoping someone with experience can help me out because this is my only car and needs to last for some years.
It's a 07 with 75k miles. New exhaust and a coolant flush and fuel injector cleaning was preformed days before the problems began.

From here very tough to diagnose this. A full scan to look at miisfire counts should be done. Without driving the car to feel the symptoms almost impossible to pin down. I would ask if Tuffy has an ASE master tech to look at this. Guess work and unrelated services will not get it done.

They hooked up a couple of diagnostic machines to it and showed each cylinder was misfiring, the tech showed me and the meter read 1-3 each time he reved the engine so I assumed that was how many times it misfired. I'll ask about the master tech tho. Thanks for the reply

I would suspect your ignition coil pack might be the culprit.
