error codes

On a 90 civic si can anyone tell me what the engine light error codes 1 and 20 mean? I've looked at the LED under the passanger side carpet and those are the two codes it blinks at me.

Code 1 Oxygen content

Code 20 Electric Load

It lights up when I start the car and then doesn't blink after that. I guess that means no codes? :)

yes thats the place, and since it only goes on once the car is started, u are throwing no codes
