Burning oil smell in the cabin is at the point where this will need to be done. I see most people replace the gasket and the plug grommets, fine I will do that. Any other items to replace while there? There appears to be a gasket between the exhaust manifold and the engine and I am particularly concerned about those bolts, whether they will come out without breaking and whether I should go ahead and use new bolts there. Finally, the Fel Pro kit from Advanced, good enough?

I am assuming it is a 3.8 engine.
I personally would not replace the exhaust manifold gasket if it is not leaking, you could open up a new can of worms there.
