Airbag Light

Just received a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser. All previous work done at the dealership, even brake pads.

It has continuously had problems with the airbag, then the horn, and the ding noise with the airbag sensor-gets worse with the wind.

I had a Ford windstar before this. I am not familiar at all with this car.

Any suggestions as to how to fix it? My mother, the previous owner, took it to the dealer all of the time. The problem never was solved. The horn didn 't work after one attempt.

Any suggestions?

Not to familiar with the Cruiser at all. I wonder if the horn and the airbag related stuff share the same wiring circuit? If so it could be a wiring problem. Worth checking out.
