Saturn will crank, no dashboard lights

I parked my car at a gas station (never put gas in it) then came back out to restart it. When I proceeded to turn the key to ACC, no lights came on the dash -check engine, service engine, air bag, gas tank level, seat beal, or even chime- It was identical to a dead battery. I can crank the engine with the key no problems it just seems like there is nothing eletrically happening to the car. I checked all fuses and no issues there. Its also a 5-spd. I can still use the radio, heat, horn and various items.

Any ideas?
