2003 Windstar Power Driver Seat

Hello - Just wanted to get your opinions on an issue I am having. My power driver's seat will not move up or down, but it will move front and back. I replaced the switch, and checked all of the fuses, but that did not fix the problem.

Any Ideas?

It's probably the forward/reverse motor. Do you hear any sound at all?
