Side view mirror

My wife had a minor accident which broke the side view mirror on the passenger side. I know you can get the assemblies. Just wondering if it may be some what easy to put together as well as replace the broken mirror. This is a 2009 Impala no defogger mirror.

Second problem I have with it is when idling it will blow cold air instead of heat.

my 2005 was doing the same thing ended up being a accuator door above the glove box was sticking and not letting warm air blow thru. Replaced mine and now works great hope this might be your problem it was an easy fix and pretty easy to get to
