Hi Luca,

in case you need it, I found some dimensions for the Celica although i am not sure they are 100% right:

Rims-speedline light alloy
front: 6 "- 8" x 15 "(only for gravel 16")
back: 7 "- 10" x 15 "
Tires- Pirelli
185/75 - front
215x15 - back

thank you very much Vitan
dimensions are like those who gave me a friend
on the slide bumpers ... you're right .. it is not like that of Makela
for two reasons
I do not think the version of safari is made of composite materials ..in some photos you can see that is made of aluminum ... and the shape looks different ....
I wanted to unite the details of the suspension to the slide to facilitate the work of those who assembles the kit and those who print ... and saw that this particular you will not see when mounted I opted for a classic shape
Tomorrow I put the pictures of the last parts of the car ..
I am left with only the tires safari .. that are making me crazy!

i can imagine how hard is to make the tires..i can't wait to see them ready.

Luca, do you have a very good picture of tire pattern ?
I think the easiest solution would be to create a 3D CAD file and to print it.

Incredible work, that's perfect creation process !
I'm just wondering if the soldering lines on the safari front bars aren't a bit too thick...? :dunno:
My suggestion would be to add some other events decals on the sheet, as Portugal or Acropolis, or even New-Zealand.
Or why not Kankkunen belgian event Belga decals ! ;)

I did the soldering lines why pears
this is the master to whom I give the final coat of primer
will be printed ...
then again, primer, paint and clear finish
These steps create thick ... and you lose a bit of detail ...
that's why:smile:

Hello guys!
day updates .... sorry for the picture .. changing machine line ....:uhoh:
begin with circles .. for asphalt version .. I did more options that can be combined with each other ..
There will be two versions of the front shock absorbers according to the version chosen ...
the tires for the version safari are not those defiitive ...
must be 0.7mm larger in diameter ..
I kept the ride height of the real car for the two versions
the version asphalt was low as the modern cars
and now we see images

antenna base

http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/2033/dscn0200j.jpg

This particular version is included in safari ... but I do not know what is

http://img805.imageshack.us/img805/2849/dscn0206v.jpg

I would suggest this rail would be a tie-down bar, especially if it only appears on the Safari car. Under the WRC regs of the time, & even up until a few years ago, cars could only carry 1 spare. However because of the distances covered on the Safari, cars were allowed extra spares which were generally carried on the boot lid. The ratchet strap would be attached to this bar & then secured to the collision bar on the rear bumper.

the tires are made of black resin
unfortunately realizing rubber is too expensive and in my experience the resin ensures more safety in time .. while the rubber can undergo breakage

I think that this post could sound a little bit selfish, but hey, it`s "my modeler lust talking"

I´m really happy that this kit could be a reality some day, but I think that sometimes those talented modelers like Luca, or many others that can build this amazing projects can`t produce so many resin kits for all the modellers demands...

I've been searching for all over the web for several years for the old Scuderia italia Lab kit of the Renault Clio Maxi of Jean Ragnotti, but is impossible to find it right now. I tried to contact Scuderia ItaliaLab staff so many times that I can`t remember, but I never got a response...

The same happened with the old Audi Sport Quattro from the master modeller Ken of Japan, but thanks to Scale Production re-release we can build that amazing transkit...

I hope one day the old molds of Scuderia Italia Lab of the Clio Maxi and the R5 Turbo maxi would be sold to Reinassance, Reji, Scale Production or Profil24 (bigger companies that could produce a lot of kits) so we can build those wonderful art pieces..

For now I will follow this project closely to avoid this "sold out" problem again...

Good morning!
excuse my bad English ... I hope to make myself understood
I'm sorry that no one has answered your requests .. I have always occupied only the prototypes ..
sales dealt a friend
I apologize to him ..
the R5 clio maxi and have been very successful ..
Who we press the pieces requires a minimum of 50 pieces ...
and for us who are simple modelers is challenging to do another 50 kit
to sell 20/30 ....
but in the near future we will see
for Celica
this is one of my Project of the which I will just me:smile:
for sale I have already contacted a new brand that will take care of ..
I will try to satisfy all .. but with a little patience
this is a hobby for now .. and I have another job that I very committed
I have already sent everything to do just print .. I have some news I will let you know
I try to be fast as possible!

thanks to all

Thanks for the answer Luca, I understand now...
I know some other rally modelers that would kill for the Clio Maxi too je je, so if you produce a 2nd batch surely would be sold out again.
I'm happy to have the chance to build your amazing kit of the Celica Group B, so I will follow this post closely

Good morning guys!
I have updates for you ...:)
I received the metal parts for the celica ..
it all seems good .. except for two particular ..
let's start with those ...

http://img23.imageshack.us/img23/5902/metallocelica002.jpg
http://img35.imageshack.us/img35/1097/metallocelica004.jpg
in some bumper towing device did not come true ..
the detail is very thin and creates problems .. to solve the problem will fulfill the clips in photoengraving ..

Now the second and last problem

http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/561/metallocelica008.jpg
brake discs are oval and are not good ..
I created a new master with separate disk .. so should be fine .. just come see:)
Now the rest of the pieces .. these seem to me very well
