aftermarket hub covers 5 lug 115 pattern

I'm looking for an option to cover the hubs on my 04 impala steel rims. I don't want 9c1 / police style covers and I'd prefer to not have to drill the rim.
I was hoping there was something that would just snap into the hub like the old cragar center caps and my 86 firebird did. or something that would fit between the rim and lug nuts.
Just really don't want to buy 9c1's for $80, then paint them black, then drill the rim. still cheaper than new rims but damn, can I get another option ;)
