2001 Windstar high idle at start

I just replaced my engine and trans in my 01 Windstar. The donar setup is from a 2003 Windstar. Just started it...the idle climbs extremely quick and high. I shut it down quickly. Not sure what is causing this. The engine shouldn't care that the van is an 01, I wouldn't think. What could be causing this? The idle air control valve is from my 01 engine and is about 6 months old and didn't have an issue on the 01. The throttle isn't stuck open...what else could it be?

Never mind. Found it. Bent throttle bracket.....oversite.
