2000 Ford Windstar

Please Help, I have a 2000 ford windstar...the front blower motor is clicking I have full ac/ and fan speeds...any suggestions of what is causing this clicking noise

It is possible to get a piece of debris, a dried leaf for example, trapped in the path of the blower wheel. Something like this will continue to make noise 'til you fix it ... or it runs you totally batty!

Luckily it is not that difficult to lower the blower assembly down from its perch and have look. 3 or 4 screws and one elect connector. Of course the glove box has to be removed.
