90 km/hr vibration

Hi all
My wife's 2000 windstar, according to her, makes a "bad" vibration and shakes at 90 km/hr. Now, I took the van out for a drive on the weekend and went from 80 to 120 gradually up and down and couldn't find any vibration that was remarkable. I do have snow tires on all 4 wheels, it's winter so the roads are a bit rough, but nothing that is really out of the ordinary. I don't disbelieve my wife and will go for a drive with her to see if she can recreate the problem but I'm kinda left scratching my head. On the weekend I checked tire air pressure, inner/outer tie rods, LCA, stabilizer bar, links, bushings, struts. I have not replaced the bearings on either side, nor the rack itself (have done all 4 tie rods ~20,000 km ago). The van doesn't pull, brakes fresh. There aren't any noises typical for bearings (no click or clunk during turning etc).
Anyone have any thoughts?

I had a intermittent vibration happen on my '96 Windstar....sometimes slight and sometimes severe.
In my case, it turned out to be a sticking brake caliper.
Even some ice caught on the inside of a wheel can cause this issue (unballance).
Rubbing ice from those big buildups one gets in a wheel well should make a lot of noise, but can also cause vibration if one drops down and is rubbing on a tire.
Only thing to do is to see if the issue comes back.
