revised driver's window regulator and motor?

hi gang,
'00 w/ 188k miles, noticed the driver's window no longer goes down. ford says a reman'd motor is $75, or for $85 you get a revised regulator w/ motor. anyone know what the revsised kit addresses? parts said it came out in '03/ '04?

crickets. :) lol - I wish I had something to add, but I know nothing about it and I hate when know one else knows the answer. For $10 more bubba, I'd pay it, especially if its OEM.
