WIn 95 "S" PCM 30 amp fuse blow

My 95 3.8 LWndstar blows the "S" PCM 30 amp Fuse every time I try to start, If I disconnect the CCRM doesn´t blow, I change the CCRM and continue blowing the "S" fuse at the engine compartment Fuse box.
I have No idea what could be, please help.

PS: I have the haynes repair manula, so I have read the chasis electrical system (diagram) but I can´t figure out what to do.:runaround:

The constant control relay module (CCRM) allows a small signal to give battery to large current device's.

Any device that has a short connected to the CCRM will blow the fuse.

Example-
Check the fuel pressure on the fuel rail, if no pressure the fuel pump could be bad.

You can Isolate fuse's , or connectors going to the CCRM until the fuse doesn't burn.
