3 Codes...are they all tied together?

My car started sputtering on take off and jerking a little when driving. The engine light came on. I took my code reader and it pulled up 3 codes. PO128 which said it was the Thermostat, PO404 and PO405 (EGR)? Coud these all be tied in together? What part should I replace? The car is a 2003 Chevy Impala.

your engine requires a 195 deg f thermostat. this code is saying the engine is too cold. could be thermostat or the ECT sensor.

the EGR code may be due to the low temp code..first correct that as the egr only operates when the engine is at the correct temp...
