03 pt cruiser shut down while driving

I have a 2003 PT Cruiser that has about 95K miles on it. A couple months ago the code P0441 came on, but I have had no issues with it. The last 2 days my car has been shutting off while I am driving, it will turn right back on after it does this. Other times, I am driving and all of my gauges and my radio will shut down and go crazy, but the car still runs. I ran the code again and now it is P0700. Any ideas on what it could be would be awesome. Thanks.
