ate brake rotors

Has any impala owner used the ate brake rotors on thier impala,if so what pads did you use and what kind of performance are you getting,here in canada with the harse winter climate and lots of rain all rotors rust out easily.Friend of mine put a set of ate rotors and ate pads on his montana van 2 years ago approx 50 000 km's on it,winter driven for 2 years,the ate rotors are not even rusted and there is no bumping in the rotors at all.
