1991 saturn

I have a 1991 Saturn SL1 that stalled and now will not start because it is not getting fuel. The odd thing is at the same time it stalled the turn signals and hazard lights quit working. Could this be an electrical issue? It will crank but not turn over. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Turn the ignition to the "ON" position. All other services off such as radio and heater fan. Can you hear the buzzing of the fuel pump for about two seconds as it build pressure? If not, check the fuses. Start with the in car fuse panel under the radio accessed from the passenger side. The back of the plastic panel has a diagram to help you.

Are you plugging accessories into the cigarette lighter socket?

It is feasible they are connected.. no pun intended..
