power window

so yesterday i slammed my driver door...pretty hard...and the window fell into the door. everything still works as far as i can tell except the window wont go up. i took off the door panel...both sides so i can see how a working set up works. well i found a wire with a ball on the end was loose from wherever it came from...its not broke, at least i dont think. i followed the wire on the passenger side and it went into something and couldnt see feel it anymore. i cant figure out where this goes. anyone know if this is fixable...all the shops are closed today...

thats the cable that broke. don't try replacing it yourself unless you know about cars. if you have a friend that know's anything about these have them help you. other wise take it to a shop you can get hurt.

well i dunno if it broke...looks like the ball came out of the joint. i didnt want to unbolt the whole system and take it out..yes unbloting the window and taping it up....but it looks like im going to have to, if anything to replace it.
