06 Impala Visor

Anyone have any issues with the driver side (or passenger side) sun visor? It will not stay up anymore and is quite annoying. Any hints on how to remove it to fix or replace. There are no screws like with older models. Thinking that the screws are under the decorative plastic piece.

Just checking before I order a new one as it is $150 bucks for 1 visor.
