1998 Sable Wagon computer problem?

Hi everyone! I have a 1998 Mercury Sable Wagon LS Premium. A few days ago I left my lights on while at work, my battery died, and I had to get a jump. Everything seemed fine at first, but then I noticed that certain systems were no longer working. Post-jump, the following are not functional:

Power windows
Front wipers
Rear defrost
Left and Right dome lights that operated by switches (standard dome light has been burned out for some time, so I don't know if its circuit is affected)
Power steering
Illumination of lock and windows buttons on doors

Aside from the above, everything else seems to be functioning normally. My first thought was that I had blown a fuse (or two or three), but when checking the fuses associated with those systems, I found that none of them were blown. There don't seem to be any blown fuses in the passenger compartment box or the power distribution box.

This brings to my theory that it is some whacky computer-related issue - the car thinks said fuses are blown or something like that.

Does anyone have any thoughts about whether this is probably a comptuer-related problem or something else? Also, if it is a computer problem, is there any way possible to fix it myself (reset the system or something)?

I really would like to avoid having to take this in to the dealership and pay an arm and a leg to have them reset the computer system. Any help would get greatly appreciated. Thanks!
